Burn baby burn Franchise Inferno!

For those knowing this song: rest assured, you do not have to burn that mama down! But you need to be passionate about developing a network of franchisees. Ok, ok it DOES sound rather inflammable. But I can promise you it will be quite an adventure developing this network for our basement storage line. And you can go big, we are targeting different countries all over Europe! Burning already?

 

WHO ARE WE?

Garantell is a family owned business; we create and manufacture high-end wire mesh solutions. We believe in simplifying people’s everyday life. We are an award winning company (winner of the Smart Industry Award in 2018) and fast growing. And no, we are not flawless. We are self-critical, love to step out of our comfort zone and believe in trusting people. Therefore, you do not have to be perfect, but enthusiastic! In other words, do you want to be part of our journey to become market leader in Europe?

 

SELF LEADING TEAM

Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You are part of the team Franchising. Although the team is rather XS, your colleague Marie makes up for the size as she is sporty and extremely social. And no worries you are coordinating the wider franchisee network.

 

MUCH TO DO!

Being responsible for our franchise means you develop and consolidate the network of franchisees. Ö what the hell does that mean? You will prospect for new franchisees. Once you found them, tadaa, you negotiate and sign agreements with them. Giving trainings to franchisees in our online configurator, drawings and assembly is another task on your list. Furthermore, you will help the existing franchisees. If necessary, even pay them a visit.

We want you to be the spider in the net of the franchise network. Of course, not literally as spiders can be very scary especially Tarantula’s.

 

Besides the franchisee network, we have also have our own customers. Let’s call them franchise orphans. Here if needed you will have to help with orders, offers, drawings to give them an excellent customer experience.

 

LET’S DREAM A LITTLE

It would be great if you have experience in a franchise environment. Negotiating is something you love to do and have experience with. You are an excellent communicator, and then I mean not only Blablablabla, but you are also a good listener and understand the needs of others.  We want you to have technical interest. I mean property protection is not the same as selling vegetables. Although I do recommend to eat 500 g a day.

 

But we are willing to snap out of this dream and give even non-franchising profiles a chance. With great enthusiasm, we will introduce you in the fabulous world of selling wire. At Garantell, we care about values such as 1+1=3, learning by listening, and the eternal pursuit of greater simplicity.

 

SOME ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS

English and Swedish are the working languages. But it would be fantastic if you speak German. Being a supplier with an in-house own production, it means not always things run the way they are supposed to run as they are part of complex processes. So you need to be able to cope with stress (no worries you can have a stress ball) and unforeseen circumstances. Needless to say, you need to be a problem solver. So ‘Yes you can’ is your slogan, even before Obama claimed it.
