Freedom and responsibility are key concepts for us, so we work in self-leading teams. You are part of team South, which is based upon a creative geographical concept and a gathering of colorful personalities. Thinking of it, there is even someone with golden trousers and one who is completely in gold. Your team consists of Albert, Alice, Sandra, PiPi, Sofia, Luis and Marta. You will be working closely together with the last named, definitely not the least, who has been responsible for Eastern-Europe for several years. Rest assure she is a senior and heavily decorated with medals.
We work in a hybrid model, if you like to; you can work partly from home, maximum 2 days a week. Which might come handy with this loud team.
MUCH TO DO!
Your focus will be Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania. Marta’s focus will be on Poland, Czec Republic and Slovakia. You are based in Värnamo, Sweden. We want you to occasionally visit your customers. We are known for our extreme high customer service levels. Thus, we want you to maintain and build up relations with existing and potential customers. We see sales as a unity, from first contact to delivery. So you also need to follow up transport, orders, and help with technical drawings.
It would be great if you have experience in a B2B environment. It would be even greater if that expertise is within sales of a technical product. But we are willing to snap out of this dream and give even non-commercial profiles a chance. With great enthusiasm, we will introduce you in the fabulous world of selling wire. At Garantell, we care about values such as 1+1=3, learning by listening, and the eternal pursuit of greater simplicity.
But you need to believe in our sales philosophy. For us, sales is about trust, offering solutions not products, listening more than talking, building relationships and not being afraid to reach out. So we are looking for somebody whose personality fits with those values.
